There is no checkout on the Apptzy marketing site, so there is no payment here to refund.
The salon subscription
Apptzy is offered as a monthly subscription inside the product, with a trial before billing for a new salon. To stop a subscription after one exists, contact Apptzy. A reviewed billing policy must describe notice, invoices, and any refund rules before launch.
Your customers’ payments
When a customer pays for an appointment, that payment is between the customer and the salon. Online payments are collected through the salon’s own Razorpay account. Apptzy does not keep those booking payments as its subscription fee.
